The greens are medium-sized and in good condition. The course is fairly hilly, but some holes are almost flat. There are many dogleg fairways on the course, all of them bending to the left. Water hazards (ponds) come into play on at least three different occasions. There is an additional set of men's tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round.

This flat and short course is easy to walk. The fairways are wide, and the small greens are fast. There
are ponds coming into play on several holes. The signature hole is #7, a 160-yard, par 3, which requires a tee shot to a sloping green that is well-bunkered.

The signature hole for the Willow/Oak Course is #12, a 373-yard, par 4, featuring a dogleg right fairway and a plateau green.
